Many security alarm panels from various vendors are capable of contacting central station through public switched telephone network (PSTN) to raise events and alarms via an encoded message that can be decoded by central station receiver.
Our Universal IP Alarm Receiver is capable of decoding this Contact ID protocol from any security alarm panels via their PSTN output and convert it in real-time so it can be transmitted through TCP/IP network.
